Davidson coach McKillop to get extension (AP)
Davidson basketball coach Bob McKillop has agreed to a multiyear contract extension, three months after the Wildcats’ surprising NCAA tournament run. A school spokesman said Friday the deal will be announced at a news conference Saturday morning. McKillop is 340-225 in 19 seasons at Davidson. Behind sophomore star Stephen Curry, Davidson upset Gonzaga, Georgetown and Wisconsin.

Arizona recruit Jennings waits for test scores

Ohio introduces Groce as its new coach (AP)
Ohio University has hired Ohio State assistant John Groce as its men’s basketball coach. The 36-year-old Groce was introduced at a news conference Friday. He had been the top assistant under Ohio State coach Thad Matta for the past four years. He also worked under Matta at Xavier University and at Butler University.
