Pettersson follows up 61 with 66 at Wyndham
Carl Pettersson topped the Sedgefield Country Club leaderboard for the second straight day, following his tournament-record 61 with a 66 on Saturday to take a two-stroke lead in the Wyndham Championship. A local fan favorite who went to high school in Greensboro and is on the tournament’s board of directors, Pettersson had a 19-under 191 total. The Swede is in position to claim his third career PGA Tour victory and first since 2006. Scott McCarron was second.

Tseng’s 64 sets course record at Canadian Open
Yani Tseng of Taiwan shot a course record 8-under 64 Saturday to complete her rain-shortened second round, tying Lorena Ochoa for a two-shot lead at the Canadian Open. Tseng complete the final eight holes of her second round after play was suspended Friday because of rain. Tseng birdied three of her final four holes to beat the course record of 65 set in 1994 by Martha Nause and equaled Friday by Katherine Hull of Australia.
