Injury may end Bernie’s Classic quest Former New York Yankees outfielder Bernie Williams apparently injured his quad playing for Carolina in Puerto Rico, according to the New York Journal News. The 40-year-old Williams is trying to get in shape to compete for Puerto Rico in the World Baseball Classic in March.
