Kyle Busch won’t attempt NASCAR triple Saturday
It turns out Kyle Busch won’t be attempting a NASCAR triple after all.

Petty pleased to make first race in 1 month
It’s been almost a month since Kyle Petty or his No. 45 have made a race. With a strong qualifying run Saturday, Petty locked himself into the field at Talladega Superspeedway. “What a relief to get in the race,” Petty said after qualifying 15th for Sunday’s race. “I think the pressure was off this week because the driver didn’t make a mistake.” Talladega is a unique track that requires very little handling, and qualifying typically is dependent on how well a team sets up the car.
