Roger Federer couldn’t figure out why he felt so sluggish at the start of this season. His doctors eventually gave him an explanation: The world’s No. 1 tennis player had mononucleosis.

She said in a statement Wednesday that she hopes “to share how I found balance, strength and happiness in my life after a rollercoaster ride of exhilarating accomplishment and sometimes overwhelming tragedy” The book, currently untitled, will be published in 2009 by Avery, an imprint of Penguin Group (USA).
